Why I love this Rest a Shore jigsaw puzzle...

This beautiful artwork from Natalie Rymer was one of my original range of Bloom puzzles. As soon as I saw Natalie's expressive, colourful work I knew I wanted to create at least one of my jigsaws using her art. This was one of two images I was planning to use, and the other one taught me a valuable lesson: not all beautiful artwork translates to a good puzzle.

In 1000 pieces this puzzle image offers both sections that come together quite quickly, and more challenging sections, namely the coastal landscape, the sea and the sky! This is probably the most difficult puzzle in the Bloom range currently, so if you prefer your puzzles to take a little longer and to not go down without a fight, this one could be for you (much more interesting than the dreaded baked bean puzzle!).

As a jigsaw puzzle it is such a pleasure to do and so worth it. Then you can either frame it or put it way to wrestle with another day. Happy puzzling!
