Refund policy
The Short Version
I want you to be delighted with your Bloom Puzzles purchase, however, if that is not the case, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order, and I will do whatever I can to put it right.
To discuss a return please contact me at help@bloompuzzles.co.uk stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your request. A return will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind.
Returned items must be unopened and unused in their original, undamaged packaging. The cost of return is the customer's responsibility unless there was a mistake at my end (yikes!) and a certificate of postage is recommended.
Refunds will not include the original cost of postage.
The Longer Version
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at help@bloompuzzles.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you can return your item to me. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I do not offer refunds on the basis of taxes or duties payable on international orders. Each country is different, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay on arrival. Please be aware of this and only order for international delivery if you are happy to proceed on that basis.
