Replacement Piece Service

Losing a piece of your beautiful puzzle is so frustrating! Perhaps your pet ate it - it happens! If you've looked in all the obvious places - in the puzzle bag and box, under the puzzle board, under the puzzle itself, under and around the table you were working on, down the side of the sofa cushions, hidden in your pet's bedding, in the vacuum cleaner - then I suggest you wait at least a week in case it turns up somewhere unexpected, but if you really can't find it, then I will do my best to send you a replacement piece.
In order to do so, I will need a photograph/s of the completed puzzle clearly showing the missing piece, plus ideally a picture of the actual piece if you are looking to replace a damaged piece. Please also confirm when and where the puzzle was purchased with the name and address of the purchaser if it was ordered from the website.
The fee for this service covers the cost of the time it takes me to find the replacement piece from a 1000 piece puzzle, a contribution towards the new puzzle I will put aside for this purpose and UK postage. Please contact me before you checkout for this service.
At checkout, delivery will show as Royal Mail Tracked 48 but your replacement piece will be sent out with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
